Tuxedo Penguins is a rocking band with its roots in Lappeenranta University of Technology in Finland. The name of the group originates from the tradition of wearing tail jackets or tuxedos at academic dissertations. The band consists of following persons, professor Heikki Handroos (lead guitar and vocals), professor Sami Saarenketo (rhythm guitar and vocals), professor Henry Lindell (bass and vocals), Antti Heikkinen (drums) and Kalle Nyyssonen (keyboard). On track 6 Hillbilly City, Paivi Leppanen is performing the lead vocal part as a visiting artist and the backing vocals are handled by Pia Heilmann. Emma Heilmann and Elisa Heilmann. The music has been written by professor Heikki Handroos and arranged by professor Henry Lindell.Please enjoy our songs.
