Gone On The Lam (Radio Version)

With "Gone On The Lam" the Carinthian "Tobacco Road Blues
Band" brings out the first single of their upcoming sixth studio
album.
"The expression "Gone on the lam" comes from the American,"
explains TRBB guitarist Peter Prammerdorfer. "I found it somewhere
while reading and I liked it so much that I spontaneously came up
with a melody." The "being on the run" is to be understood rather
metaphorically in the song, as it is less about fleeing from legal
persecution than about the attraction to leave everything behind and
walk on and off. And even if it's just in thoughts...
In addition to the four TRBB members Peter Prammerdorfer, Mike Diwald, Klaus
Sauli and Christian Egger, the two Osttiroler musicians Clemens Herzog (Hammond,
electric piano) and Kathrin Musshauser (voc.) can be heard on "Gone On The Lam".
