Neue Single - „21 Beers“

„21 Beers“ heißt die neue Single der Tobacco Road Blues Band, die die Kärntner Blues-/Bluesrock-Formation dieser Tage veröffentlicht. Es ist übrigens bereits die sechzehnte aus eigener Feder, die die Tobaccos herausbringen.
„Die Nummer ist ein recht fröhlicher Rocksong, der ganz gut zum Sommer passt“, meint Texter Mike Diwald, „wobei der Titel natürlich mit einem dicken Augenzwinkern zu verstehen ist.“ „Außerdem“, erklärt Komponist Peter Prammerdorfer, „haben wir ein klitzekleines Rolling Stones-Zitat eingebaut.“
Die Single ist der bereits zweite Vorbote auf das neue Album „IV“, das im Oktober - im übrigen auch erstmals auf Vinyl - erscheint und am 21. Oktober mit einem großen Konzert im Klagenfurter Eboardmuseum präsentiert wird.

"It is a pretty cheerful rock song that fits the summer quite well," says lyricist Mike Diwald, "although the title must of course be understood with a big wink." "In addition," explains composer Peter Prammerdorfer, "we have incorporated a tiny musical Rolling Stones-quote."
The single is already the second of the new album "IV", which will be released in October - by the way also for the first time on vinyl - with a large concert in the Klagenfurt Eboardmuseum on the 21st of October.
