Merry Christmas Everybody

"Emergency Press Pack" (in response to questions received): 8th December 2012: We are a family who have produced our own Christmas single for fun. That's all. My 4 children and I recorded this Christmas song (in our back room at home with one microphone and Cubase/laptop) as a present for their grandmother last Christmas. That version was rather rough, so we polished it up for Christmas 2012 and stuck it on iTunes/Amazon. We live in Linslade, so we called ourselves "The Lynn-Slades". We want our friends and family to enjoy our song, however, if you like our song then please buy a copy! We worked and played hard creating it and we're proud of the result. It is a permanent record of some of our exploits in recent times (and a future record of a relatively happy and carefree childhood in the England of 2012). There is no special reason or cause, except that we all love music and Christmas! We prefer to remain "semi"-anonymous, except to our school friends (who will recognise us immediately) and so have adopted the double-barrelled pseudo-surname "Lynn-Slade". Our Christian names given below, conversely, are the real ones. We fully expect any press/newpapers to respect this desire and to therefore refrain from seeking out and revealing our real surname and precise whereabouts. That way we hope to avoid any fuss and nuisance from unwelcome strangers, whilst still allowing us to be credited for our Slade cover song. It suffices to say that we are Linslade residents and that's why we chose to be called "The Lynn-Slades". It's just for fun and experience/learning, or at least it was until we put it out commercially. The members of the band have written short resumes below and royalty free photos are provided below. Seth Lynn-Slade: I`m Seth,and I`m the lead singer of the lynn-slades.I like playing sports,reading,cooking and building things,as well as spending a lot of my time outdoors and cycling to the park to play with my friends.I`m also the oldest out of the four children,and love parties,getting muddy,and generally having a good time. Tom Lynn-Slade: I am Tom Lynn-Slade, I do the "shout" at the end of the song. My favourite things are LEGO Mindstorms,Tennis,Cycling,remote controlled things,cooking,reading,building things.I am the second oldest out of four children.
