Crocodile Gin

Back Story
This project kicked off back in 2017 when Tim Tercero penned the song. Its lyrics narrate the tale of losing oneself in a relationship, gradually consumed until there's nothing left. Throughout this creative journey, he couldn't shake the idea of bringing the story to life through a comic book. Envisioning the vivid portrayal of the protagonist, the villain, and the doomed affair, all amidst a backdrop of realism and intensity. But finding the right collaborator felt like a challenge. The imagery that he had in mind was dark, specific, and had the potential to be graphic. Then, he stumbled upon Rob Ayers' work. A US expat based in Vienna, like himself, Rob's style perfectly complemented his vision. And what's better, they shared a mutual respect for each other's artistry. Tim reached out to Rob about collaborating, and Rob was completely onboard. Through a series of working sessions, they hashed out the plan. While Tim focused on the music, Rob brought the world of Crocodile Gin to life with his incredible talent and dedication.
