Waiting

Succour a band from the northeast of England. Firmly planting their feet in the British Grunge movement Succour mix a variety of influences and don't shy away from being themselves. Born and bred in December 2019 a mere 2 months before the Covid-19 pandemic, Succour was stopped dead in their tracks as the gravity of the pandemic was realised in 2020.
Without access to any recording equipment the band were kept alive solely on friendship and the belief that the songs they wrote before being locked down were good, as soon as they were able to, they went into 27D Music Productions to start recording the songs they had crafted.
Succour released their first single "endo" in support of endometriosis awareness month to shine a light on a disease that affects 1 in 10 women and also to highlight the effects the disease has on women.
During 2021 Succour managed to play their first gigs and have had nothing but a positive reception and have the single "waiting" due out on the 17th of December. With interest growing in succour a full UK tour for 2022 is currently being organised and more music releases planned for early 2022, Succour will be keeping busy and making up for that lost time.
