De Nieuwe Lichting releases single; Smudged & Het Gezelschap with Ewan McGregor
Ewan McGregor is the second single of De Nieuwe Lichting; an unique project by Stichting De Nieuwe Lichting, where six of Rotterdam finest artist came together in COVID-19 times to capture the sound of Rotterdam. Besides singles and an album the project consists of a festival tour and a documenatary of the whole thing. The album is expected to be released at the end of 2021 en consists of multiple genres. From sweet pop songs to tough krautrock and banging hiphop to sensitive indie. Ewan McGregor is a raw punk track made by krautrock band Smudged and rap collective Het Gezelschap.
