Flesh and Shadow

Electronic music duo, scarlet veil (Brandi Overstreet, Jerrod Tyler), return with their latest EP "Flesh and Shadow." The pair delivers five epic alt-pop tunes (and one radio version), many themed around the concept of finding self, letting go, and trusting in the journey. The leading track sets the stage with a cinematic open before launching into a sonic expression of renewal. Track two is a powerful reminder that the time is now, before the EP takes a break to remind listeners that it is okay to wander aimlessly before letting the tide carry one off to their fate. The title track, Flesh and Shadow, is the set's most powerful with clever use of vocoders and big sweeping synths to paint a captivating picture of what it means to be human.

Flesh and Shadow releases early on Bandcamp 25 April 2025 (one week ahead of Bandcamp Friday) and will be available on all other streaming platforms 1 May 2025.
