Rob Bargad Trio Swings Again!
Rob Bargad's last trio session was Mom's Good Wishes (with Klemens Marktl, drums and Matthias Pichler, bass) released on Central Station Music in 2006. After some time for teaching, touring and playing more Hammond organ, Rob returns to the piano trio format and brings us a very lively, swinging date: a double CD with 13 tunes (2 sets) recorded in July 2009, at Jazzspot "J" in Tokyo, Japan. With Rob are two of Tokyo's finest musicians and Rob's longtime Tokyo colleagues - Tetsuo Miura, bass & Yukio Kimura, drums.
