Anger Me Sweet EP

Qualiass – Anger Me Sweet EP Influenced by a decade of musical production opus from the central artistic figure Qualiass, formerly known as Qualia, Qualia Six, Qualia6 and Qualias Dead, the label’s debut release Anger Me Sweet EP features 3 original tracks (plus a bonus track for the wicked), which cleverly combine rock-sounding guitars with a more club oriented electro-tingled beats and bass. While the journey from disco punk to country electro could describe the opening track Electronic Cowgirl, Qualiass took a bit more clubbing approach with the second track Anger Me Sweet, transforming electro stomping drive into a dubstep wobbling end. The EP ends with an evolving track between broken and straight beat called Play With Me, which layers grungy guitars over mind boggling beats and lush melodics. All in all, the label’s debut EP showcases the richness in sound and variety in arrangement progression, which will be followed by a string of remixes from London based Kid Suda and Slovenian producers Yanoosh and Adriacid. Meaning wise, the EP represents the thin line between digital and real, love and pain, sweet and sour, simultaneously inspiring each other in a confused world of “too much of everything” and then again “lack of something”.
