The Amalfi coast
The Amalfi Coast is one of the most beautiful and scenic coasts in Italy, located in the Campania region of southern Italy. The coast stretches for about fifty kilometres, from Sorrento to Salerno, and includes towns such as Positano, Amalfi and Ravello. The Amalfi Coast was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in nineteen ninety-seven for its natural beauty and unique architecture.
