origanally a chanson of french chanconnier Jaques Brel "Le moribond", Brel-friend Rod McKuen wrote english lyrics to the song and canadian singer Terry Jacks made a world-wide hit out of it, though it sounds like a summer, sun & music-song, it's originally the sad, sad story of a guy who knows he's bound to die, it's his last farewell to the world, his friend, his girlfriend and his father..... NO FEAR feat. Van Thomas did a revival of this beautiful but sad song....
