DEDICATED TO OUR MOTHER If not for her passing, this album would never have come to life.
It was born out of silence. Out of grief. Out of music. Out of Love. There years ago,we lost our mother. She lived through music - founding a music school and leading it for over fifty years. Even after retiring, she continued to teach. For her, it wasn't just a profession - it was a way of being, of giving, of living. Every summer, I would return to my hometown to give solo concerts. Thet years, she was especially looking forward to our visit - she was about to turn eighty.But on July 7,2021, she passed away. My brother and I held a memorial concert. The entire village came. We played only Bach - her music, her inner world. That's where this album began. Back in Germany, I shared the idea with my friend Alexey. He understood immediately. Then came rehearsals, concerts, studio recordings. It all unfolded slowly - but sincerely. This Album is more than just a recording. It's remembrance. It's connection. It's continuation.
