Natural Blues Instrumentals, Vol. 4

ENGLISH:
The current Natural Blues Instrumentals release, Vol. 4, presents two Blues in traditional styles, yet each conveys completely different moods and sounds.
On the A-side, "Anna Liza" evokes the feeling of classic New Orleans Blues. In addition to ragtime guitar and dobro slide, the track is characterized primarily by the exciting solos of the horn section featuring Hermann Mayr on trombone, Markus Gorofsky on trumpet, and Kurt Gersdorf on saxophone.
The extended version of the ethereal "Slidin' To Call For Action" on the B-side is characterized by its spartan instrumentation with double bass, minimal percussion, and a tranquil slide guitar, offering a Mississippi Delta Blues feeling.
Both tracks were composed by Norbert Egger.

Das aktuelle Natural Blues Instrumentals Release Vol. 4 präsentiert zwei Blues in traditionellen Stilrichtungen, welche jedoch völlig unterschiedliche Stimmungen und Sounds zu Gehör bringen.
Bei der A-Seite kommt bei „Anna Liza“ beim Zuhörer das Feeling des klassischen New Orleans Blues auf. Der Titel ist neben Ragtime Gitarre und Dobro Slide vor allem von den spannenden Soli der Bläsergruppe mit Hermann Mayr an der Posaune, Markus Gorofsky an der Trompete sowie Kurt Gersdorf am Saxophon geprägt.
Die extended Version des sphärischen „Slidin‘ To Call For Action“ auf der B-Seite ist durch die spartanische Besetzung mit Kontrabass, minimaler Percussion und der ruhigen Slide Gitarre geprägt und bietet Mississippi Delta Blues-Feeling.
Beide Titel wurden von Norbert Egger komponiert.
