Nasrene is a singer- songwriter born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa. Her music ranges from contemporary to electronic pop. In July 2019, Nasrene signed a global exclusive artist deal with internationally renowned label David Gresham Records. Subsequently, Nasrene released her debut single “Break the Ice” on the label on the 18th Of October whilst in attendance at the Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE), garnering immediate attention from top playlists around the world on major platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music and Deezer. During ADE, Nasrene was invited to write and record with influential Dutch publishing companies BMG Talpa, Cloud 9 Music as well as Armin van Buuren's Armada Music Publishing. Nasrene works closely with SA hit producers and writers such as Connell Cruise, Sloani, Hanco & New Hero. Nasrene is fueled by her drive, love and passion for writing meaningful, relatable s songs about her feelings.
