Matt Lange - Sixty Six EP

Matt Lange delivers 3 new unreleased tracks for the maiden release on isoRhythm. Sixty Six is a bouncy piece of melodic techno, with a polyrhythmic synth motif carrying the momentum through out the piece. It later evolves into a breakdown far more akin to post rock than most forms of edm before snapping back into the groove. The Tech Mix of Sixty Six strips out the main melodics of the original, and rebuilds a sexier, glitchier, and more rhythmic arrangement. Played exclusively by Matt during his gigs over the past year, the Tech Mix has never failed to shake up a dance floor. As the final track of the EP, This Time Of Year brings us down to a more minimal and hypnotic affair. Focused on a deep brooding atmosphere, This Time Of Year delivers a dark yet serene ending to the EP.
