Music with the Cretan lyra

This EP is a quiet calling — a sound that has followed me for decades. I first heard the Cretan lyra many years ago in Crete. Its tone struck me like a memory from another time, so deeply that I was moved to tears. Twenty years later it happened again, the very same moment, the same emotion — as if the lyra had found my soul once more. Since then, this instrument has carried me, and I have simply followed its path.

The four pieces are small rooms of sound: a gentle ballad with piano, and three tracks where the guitar moves like a wandering light through the music, held by percussion, bass, and warm, breathing pads. Each piece opens a quiet inner landscape — intimate, mystical, and full of subtle resonance.
