At the centre of this "heavenly" programme of meditative and virtuoso harpsichord music of the Renaissance and early Baroque, Lydia Maria Blank plays five important hexachord fantasias by Frescobaldi, Froberger, Byrd and Bull. These weighty works are complemented by a colourful selection of light-footed and sparkling canzonas by Vincenzo Pellegrini and various works by Andrea Gabrieli, Girolami Cavazzoni and Antonio de Cabezon. Im Zentrum dieses "himmlischen" Programms mit meditativer und virtuoser Cembalomusik der Renaissance und des Frühbarock spielt Lydia Maria Blank fünf bedeutende Hexachordfantasien von Frescobaldi, Froberger, Byrd und Bull.
