Lights On

VAM-United Records will release “Lights On,” a new single by KAMM, on Aug. 15, 2025. The track was produced, mixed, and mastered by Mr.RAZ at VAM-United Studios in Germany. It is mid-tempo, radio-safe, and built around the refrain, “Turn your lights on / let your light shine.” The cover artwork features a single light switch on a white wall.
KAMM returned to the studio after completing one month without alcohol. During the session, Mr.RAZ played a series of new instrumentals; one was selected for its warm low end, space for a topline, and steady bounce. They wrote the verses, recorded vocals, and saved a pre-mix the same day.
The lyrics focus on practical change—letting go of habits, prioritizing purpose, and keeping family close—while the chorus functions as a simple instruction to act when times are difficult. The single contains no profanity or slurs and is suitable for daytime radio rotation.
“I made this for anyone fighting their own gravity. When the room gets dim, you flip the switch,” KAMM said.
“We aimed for clarity and impact—no filler. Every second has a job,” Mr.RAZ said.
“Lights On” will be available on major streaming platforms.
