James Reipas - Snow Blind

In the track Snow Blind, James Reipas pushes the boundaries of techno, psy-trance and psy-breaks. The EP also includes two remixes of the 2020 -track Zonneklop:
Hipless -remix
Adding a jazzy shimmer to James Reipas’ dark sun rays, Hipless from Jerusalem produces a bright and cool color palette in this groovy psychedelic remix.
Omo Santana -remix
Omo Santana, aka Michael Schäumer, is the founding member of minimal wave cult band P1/E. He did his first remix work in 1989 for Buddy Elecktrik, the first 12’’ of Love Parade’s Dr. Motte, followed by his own release “Work Hard” on Big Sex, the mother label of Tresor Records. Then the career was put on hold and was only reactivated during the pandemic. Omo Santana runs the label Wild Youth Digital in Berlin
Last but not least there is a James Reipas remix of a Tim Holehouse -track Lost.


Tim Holehouse wrote the track Lost and recorded it with AJ Simmonds and Sarah Tyrrell for their downtempo/trip-hop opus also named Lost. The album was released by Aaahh!!! Real Records as a charity project for mental health issues in 2020.
James Reipas made a remix of this track using the vocals and the accordeon of the original one. The tempo is a bit faster and the slow dark mood has moved closer to the energetic and positive dancefloor vibes, Reipas is usually known of.
