Too Long In The Shadows is the second single from Floral Detectives upcoming new studio album Smoke and Mirrors. It sees the band as a 5 piece with a shift in genre towards a more commercial Post Punk Alternative hard rock sound.Too Long in The Shadows is inspired by the feelings of young people downtrodden and forced to survive in the shadows of war zones. Waiting to burst out and change their future destiny but reality tells them every day is the same as all hope fades.
