"Sueños Salsa" is something between a dream and Afro Cuban dance
The work ‘Sueños Salsa’ is literally blown into life by two magical blockflutes of Dutch virtuoso Erik Bosgraaf.Underlying this work is such an original Latin American theme, written at the time, that today it has been recomposed into the work "Sueños Salsa" in its own right. The form can be described as a theme & variations cast in a sophisticated rondo-form. The title already suggests something of a dansant character, but the idea of playing on two blockfluters makes it especially dreamy and timeless.
