Following numerous number one hits in the DJ charts and listener charts, DJ Dominik Wachta is currently working on his new album, which is scheduled for release in autumn 2026. However, a recent story has moved him, just as it has many others. The story of Timmy the whale, who washed up on the German coast and put up a heroic fight. This story has inspired a single to be released between albums: “Timmy, now you’re free”. A touching song that, unlike previous releases, does not rely on such hard-hitting basslines, but seems to draw a little inspiration from Avicii’s melancholic, epic sounds.
