Worship The Warship (Live)

Deep Sun return with “Worship the Warship – Live”, the second single from their upcoming first official live album.

Originally released in 2019 on the concept album “Das Erbe der Welt”, the song was written by vocalist Debora Lavagnolo in 2015 and tells the story of an artificial intelligence created by humanity that turns against its creators.

Driven by scientific ambition, mankind loses control of its own creation. The machines take power, deprive humanity of free will and force people to build their empire. Above the devastated world, the warship rises as the symbol of a new and merciless order.

What once sounded like dark science fiction now feels more relevant than ever.

Recorded live at Schützi Olten, Switzerland, on March 28, 2026, “Worship the Warship – Live” combines futuristic keyboard sounds, heavy guitar riffs, driving drums, orchestral power and the expressive voice of Debora Lavagnolo. The live version captures the threatening atmosphere of the song and transforms its powerful chorus into an intense concert experience.

“Worship the Warship – Live” will be released on August 21, 2026. The full live album follows on September 24, 2026.
