Usha Ka Kiran Haru

Adding her name to the list of Nepali lyricists, Usha Kiran Shrestha has come forth with her debut album Ushaka Kiranharu.The album includes six songs — Timi Ta Mero Pran Hau, Bacha Garyeu Bacha Badhayeu, Kati Satauchau, Maile Timro K Biraye, Krishnakali Hey Krishna Kali and Sundar Shanta Nepal — all penned by Usha Kiran. And these songs are either on the theme of love, tragedy or patriotism. Prominent singers Satya Raj Acharya, Sworoop Raj Acharya, Mandavi Tripathi, Milan Amatya, Rajesh Payal Rai and Pramod Kharel have enriched the album with their melodious voices, whereas Deepak Sharma has composed the music. “It is a great moment for me. I feel my dream has come true — the words were just there on paper but now they have reached the right place,” shared Usha Kiran after the launch of album.
