Aus dem westafrikanischen Burkina Faso stammend, überrascht der Meistersänger (Djeli) Seydou Dambele mit einer ganz eigenen Bearbeitung des Themas der Siebzehn Globalen Ziele. Zu den Klängen seiner einsaitigen Violine (Suku/Rutga), unterstützt von Djembe und Balafon, klagt er die Zustände in seinem Land und einem großen Teil der Welt an - Armut, Hunger, Gewalt, Korruption, Umweltzerstörung - und wirbt flehentlich für die Brüderlichkeit und das Zusammenstehen der Menschen, um Gottes einzige Erde zu erhalten.

Coming from the West African Burkina Faso, the master singer (Djeli) Seydou Dambele surprises with his very own adaptation of the theme of the Seventeen Global Goals. To the sounds of his one-stringed violin (suku/rutga), supported by djembe and balafon, he laments the conditions in his country and much of the world - poverty, hunger, violence, corruption, environmental degradation - and pleads for brotherhood and for people to stand together to preserve God's only earth.

Un fils du Burkina Faso, en Afrique de l'Ouest, le maître chanteur (djeli) Seydou Dambele surprend avec une adaptation très personnelle du thème des Dix-sept objectifs mondiaux. Au son de son violon à une corde (suku/routga), soutenu par le djembé et le balafon, il dénonce les conditions dans son pays et dans une grande partie du monde - pauvreté, faim, violence, corruption, destruction de l'environnement - et implore la fraternité et l'union des Hommes pour préserver la seule Terre de Dieu.
