The Ryots are the result of four individuals, whose youth was spent dreaming and gazing out from school windows, not paying attention to more important matters and living and loving the moments all too precious not to inspire. From the early days of finding their sound and their true voices in some of the clubs and pubs of Teesside, The Ryots have now taken to selling out larger venues with a loyal and local fan base - their 'Ryoteers'. Armed with a hat full of local colloquially correct rhymes, honed from a fondness of the early naughty’s and punk era New York grooves, this band exude excitement and intensity to the point of wholly euphoric happiness. The Ryots don't pose, posture or vogue, they simply tell a crowd who they are and play their rhymes with a cocky smile and a swagger that states that they're not afraid of anything or anyone. They can gaze, and dream up wonderful things together because who's going to stop them. It’s just love and that's cool, you're very welcome.
