The german guitarist combines folk, jazz and rock elements in 19 fine fingerpicking arrangements on the acoustic guitar. Beside lots of own composotions he plays some own arrangements of artists like Joni Mitchel, Consuelo Velázquez and Harold Arlen. The title "Daydream " fits quite well, for the relaxing sound of jungbeck's guitar takes the listener on a journey, while the sometimes complex harmonies support the catchy melodies in a gentle way.
