Latin House - Havana Cuba

“Latin House – Havana Cuba” the DJ mix of Afro Cuban House, Yoruba chants, Timba (funky Salsa) recorded in Palma de Mallorca, Frankfurt and Havana thanks to generosity of Jose Luis Cortes "El Tosco" who gave Rikhy Ray oportunity to use his legendary studio in Marianao, musicians of “N.G. La Banda” (singers Nelly and Lennie, percussionists, arrangers, pianists) helped with arrangements and performed himself outstanding flute solos. Ivan St. Ives played trumpet, piano, percussion, bass, Martha Galarraga of Cojunto Folklorico Nacional rendered traditional Yoruba songs for Ochun and Babaluaye. Frankfurter saxophonist Bastian Fiebig features in 4 songs. Rikhy Ray composed, arranged, produced the album and played guitars and percussion. This album will be followed by vol.2 “Latin House – Havana chill” which will feature above artists and leading Afro Cuban, Yoruba musicians of Havana.
