Jal-Tarang ( Jal means water and Tarang means vibration /waves) , a rare Indian musical instrument on verge of extinction. Ranjana Pradhan, an exponent of such vintage instrument is the only female accomplished artist with many accolades. This album “Sounds of Valley " LP Album includes melodious original Gati (Compositions) in Raag Purva Kalyan and Bhairavi. M2E Records is proud to bring one of her rare live recordings of her performance at Sydney in 1995. This music is being released first time.
