“Tribute To Freedom” is melodic and symphonic music with an inventive but timele

Methuselah comes from Sweden. He started Methuselah for real around the millennium. He has played music for several years – but when he started Methuselah, he felt this is and will be important for many people. His other bands No Rules (Where We belong, No Rules Music 2006) and Cornucopia (no release yet) can also be found on MySpace. No Rules is what the name says – No Rules in style or music. Cornucopia is Heavy Metal - like someone said - Black Sabbath on speed. He spent almost all his "free" time next to his regular work in his studio and now the second album “Tribute To Freedom” is finally finished. His aim is to make melodic, symphonic music with an inventive but timeless touch. The first album – Ultimate Liberation came out in 2002 – but only as an own production in a very limited number of CDs. Methuselah's biggest inspirations are bands/artists like Pink Floyd, Mike Oldfield, Journey, Asia, Dream Theater, Rush, Genesis, Black Sabbath, Saga and Camel. The name Methuselah was chosen due to his age (he was born 1955). Tribute To Freedom took a while but now Methuselah has finished his work – he does everything himself – writing, playing and producing.
