Loopcode - Back To Where It Ends

Back To Where It Ends is the debut single from Loopcode. Loopcode is a project where the studio producer meets artists that really performs. An escape into the slow-beat world of pop melodies and trippin’ beats. Loopcode is a musical project by Dee and friends. The idea is to explore the dark trip-hop fields and then enhance it with vocals and lyrics by people that I admire. The idea for Loopcode has been growing in my head for years and when we took a few months of from the goth band Funhouse I thought it was time to realise the project.  There are so many great people out there that I admire and love to work with so I just knew I had to write some music and get these people into the studio and sing.  The first Loopcode release was the EP “Back To Where It Ends”, featuring Mats Sköld (Stockholm, Sweden) on vocals. This is maybe the most old school electro-pop inspired song on the forth-coming album. “It felt good to start the Loopcode journey with that song”, says Dee. “The title and atmosphere of the song is really where I come from musically”.  Dee is also songwriter, producer and keyboard player in the goth rock band Funhouse.
