Dva črna vrana (single version)

The single Dva črna vrana (Two Black Crows), performed by Jadranka Juras and Saša Tabaković is the first song from Jadranka Juras’s upcoming album of the same name, which will be released in the coming months by ZKP RTV Slovenija. The song is characterized by a rich, velvety male voice, delicately and sensitively intertwined with Jadranka's, brought to life by actor and musician Saša Tabaković. Their paths first crossed during the musical evening Srce šansona (Heart of Chanson), a collaboration between Radio Ars and Drama (Ars in Drama), where a friendship was formed - in music and beyond. Two Black Crows offers a playful and humorous take on love through the eyes of two crows sitting on a wire, chatting like an old married couple. The lyrics, written by Maja Pihler Stermecki, are full of wit and explore themes of love, predictability, and loyalty in a long-term relationship. The song reminds us that love is often at its most beautiful and powerful in everyday shared moments. The music was composed by jazz pianist and composer Milan Stanisavljević, who also wrote all the other songs on the album—except one.
