Phoenix is the first single of Illuminata's new Cinematic Metal album 'Where Stories Unfold'.After the successful début A World So Cold in 2011 Illuminata returns with a more than worthy successor. Where Stories Unfold offers more, and better. A captivating journey across 11 imaginative track; from an asylum, through peaceful woods all the way to a ride on the merry-go-round of life. The songs have become exceedingly more bombastic. The orchestra has been recorded live by 60 pairs of hands who, among other things, were responsible for the soundtrack to Game of Thrones. Two live choirs were brought in to add further depth to the songs. A quality album one might expect only from the giants of the genre, but all written, recorded and produced independently.
