Out Of Control

Emotions, quest for meaning, questioning your own existence, desire and internet-live-pornography- this broad mix of topics has inspired the Grazer band HIDE THE BLEMISH to their debut album "Out of Control." The apparent uncontrolled choices of songs meld into an authentic and charismatic sound and style. Ambiguity plays a consistent part in the lyrics. Sometimes they do not even seem to work with the melody and so a conscious irritation and room for interpretation for the audience is generated.

Emotionen, Sinnsuche, Hinterfragen des eigenen Seins, (Sehn-) Süchte und Internet-Live-Pornografie - eine bunte Mischung an Themen, die die Grazer HIDE THE BLEMISH zu ihrem Debüt-Album „Out Of Control“ inspiriert haben. Die scheinbar unkontrollierte Song-Auswahl vereint vor allem Eines: ein authentischer und charismatischer Sound und Stil. Doppeldeutigkeiten ziehen sich immer wieder durch die Texte, die manchmal auch gar nicht zu den Melodien zu passen scheinen und so entstehen bewusst in Kauf genommene Irritationen aber auch genügend Interpretationsspielraum fürs Publikum.
