Here I am

Being 50+ years in the music biz, Curt Mangan is not only well-known as producer of Curt Mangan Fusion Matched Guitar Strings, he is also known as a brilliant songwriter.
He played in bands since the early '60s and is responsible for many TV soundtracks and jingles. His 1980 beatlesque power pop album Promise was re-issued in 2015. Since the early '80 he is a big name in guitar string business and works with many great and world-famous artists.

HERE I AM is a small selection of his large oevre and presents 16 tracks in different flavours. 
Each song features a guest from the international Curt Mangan String family such as Allen Hinds, Tommy Dodd, Karlos Abril, Thomas Faltin, Melinda Ròzsahegyi, Werner Laher, Harald Weinkum, Christian Satter, Helmut Mitteregger and last but not least Thomas Palme. 
Curt’s soft voice is complemented by many great singers Betty Ann Semper, Maria Rerych, Verena Pruka, Bella Wagner, Sara Filipova as well as Oliver Werbach, Anzo Morawitz and the staff at the Curt Mangan String Factory.

HERE I AM is not only a beautiful album telling stories of life, it is also an invitation to other artists to collaborate with Curt and create their visions of his 400+ songs in the drawer.
