Bloom is the debut single from 3 of 9, the first solo project from Minki, 50ft Woman and The Tuesday Club.Described as 'darkly, beautiful pop noir' it's a new direction for Minki. Bloom was written as the title track for forthcoming multi-dimensional horror film Bloom, from Plastic Age Productions, follows a young woman as she becomes something inhuman. Minki says:“I watched a rough cut of the film, mesmerised, then at the end, picked up my guitar, started playing and ‘Bloom’ just happened. It’s not the usual sort of song I normally write, so I was totally out of my comfort zone, but spontaneously crafting a song from start to finish inspired by what I’d just seen was such an exciting moment.”
